STEP 1/9
Dip the chicken breast in milk for about 20 minutes to remove the smell.
STEP 2/9
Cut the well-washed chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, add salt, pepper and cooking wine and mix evenly. Season for about 20 minutes.
STEP 3/9
Make fried dough while chicken breast is seasoned. If you add starch powder, you can make crispy fries, so please add it.
(If you don't have it, just use the frying powder.)
Add eggs and knead.
STEP 4/9
Cover the marinated chicken breast with fried dough and roll it over with bread crumbs.
STEP 5/9
Preheat the oil and fry the chicken breast, one by one.
STEP 6/9
The chicken breast is cut into bite-sized pieces and cooked faster than you think. If you fry it for too long, it may become overcooked and dry, so take it out only when the surface is golden.
STEP 7/9
Filter and fry the oil crumbs in between, preventing the frying crumbs from sticking to the surface and frying them nicely.
STEP 8/9
All fried foods are delicious :)
It's a bite-sized snack that you keep eating crispy when you season the chicken breast and fry it moistly.
STEP 9/9
You can eat it even more deliciously with ketchup or mustard sauce. Mom's snack that kids eat well is complete!
Frying as little oil as possible in a concave bowl is the way to save oil!
