Making simple sweet pumpkin soup (without mixer)
Thanks to the sudden fall and the broken mixer It's a recipe that was born. It's hard to say it's a recipe, but I'm posting it because I think there might be people like me who just broke the mixer.

Ingredients
  • sweet pumpkin
    1/3ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Milk
    80~150ml
  • Whipping cream
    20~50ml
  • Butter
    1TS
  • Salt
    1little
  • Sugar
    2little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Grind the onions on a grater or chop them very finely.
STEP 2/9
Remove seeds from 1/2 of the sweet pumpkin, steam it, peel and prepare.
STEP 3/9
Mash the trimmed sweet pumpkin with a spoon or fork, or strain it through a sieve.
STEP 4/9
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a heated skillet.
STEP 5/9
Stir-fry onion in melted butter for 2 to 3 minutes.
STEP 6/9
Add finely mashed sweet pumpkin to stir-fry onion as if mixing.
STEP 7/9
Add 80ml of milk and 20ml of whipped cream and bring to a boil, mixing as if to dissolve.
STEP 8/9
Add 1 pinch of salt and 2 pinch of sugar, season it, and boil it once.
STEP 9/9
Put it in a bowl and complete it with bread!
It's delicious even if it's thin or little. Try to guess the concentration you want.
