Prepare ingredients at room temperature

First, gently whip the butter and cream cheese (to mix well)

Then add sugar and salt and whip enough until the creak is gone (about 3-4 minutes, until there is no sugar kernel or small when touched!)

Add eggs and whip to blend well

Scrape in half a vanilla bean seed (optional)

Pan the dough using an ice cream scoop or spoon and press lightly!

Bake it for 12 to 13 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius
Soft and moist cream cheese cookies are complete!!
Add sugar to cream cheese + butter and whip thoroughly!
If you eat it the next day, it becomes more moist and soft.
