Cooking Steps

Wash figs clean.

I cut it into eight equal parts.

Cover the food dryer and dry it at 60 degrees for 8 hours. It takes 8 hours to dry the oven.

I flipped it over after 6 hours.

Dried figs are done in 8-9 hours!
It's very sweet because it's dry, but the texture is good because the seeds are chewy.

It's good to store it in the freezer and use it to make fig rye bread^^
