Making Kodari Gangjeong, a unique dinner menu
I tried the Taste Shop that I received last time, and it was delicious because it was spicy and savory with dried shrimp and nuts in it.

  • the bridge of the nose

  • dried shrimp

  • Nuts

  • a garlic stem
    50g
  • potato starch
    40g
  • Red pepper powder
    1/2T
  • red pepper paste
    1.5T
  • cooking wine
    1T
  • Soy sauce
    2T
  • crushed garlic
    1T
  • Starch syrup
    1T
  • Water
    50ml
  • Sugar
    1T
  • Apple jam
    25g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Blanch the garlic stems in boiling water (+1T of salt) and cool them in cold water for a minute.
STEP 2/7
Prepare the drained garlic stems by slicing them at 1cm intervals.
STEP 3/7
Stir-fry dried shrimp in an ungreased preheated pan for 1 minute, then add nuts and stir-fry for another 1 minute.
STEP 4/7
Put starch and pollack in a plastic bag and shake hard to coat with powder.
STEP 5/7
Grease a preheated frying pan with cooking oil and cook both sides of the nose bridge until golden brown.
STEP 6/7
Add garlic stems and stir-fry for a minute and add shrimp and nuts.
STEP 7/7
Pour the Gangjeong sauce (red pepper paste + red pepper powder + minced garlic + water + soy sauce + starch syrup + sugar + apple jam + cooking wine) and stir-fry it quickly to complete the Kodari Gangjeong.
