How to use leftover chicken. Making chicken risotto!!
I used to make a lot of chicken mayo with leftover chicken, but today, I made it with Italian risotto^^ (Chicken Mayo - http://blog.naver.com/dhya8792/220779922964)

  • instant rice

  • Milk
    3paper cup
  • whipped cream
    1paper cup
  • crushed garlic
    1TS
  • Mushrooms
    1handful
  • Paprika
    1/2ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Slice cheese
    2piece
  • Salt
    little
  • ground pepper
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Please prepare the ingredients first~
I'll cut the remaining chicken into pieces and make it easier to eat
Slice onions, paprika, and mushrooms, too

First, stir-fry minced garlic in the oil

Next, add onions and paprika and stir-fry them

Add mushrooms and chicken and stir-fry them
Add salt and pepper
Chicken is salty, too
Adjust it while tasting it later

Add 3 cups of milk and 1 cup of whipped cream and bring to a boil

The risotto is as delicious as buying and eating it!!
It tastes better with Parmesan cheese. If you have leftover cheese powder, try it~~haha I didn't cook it like Italian food It's simple and so delicious!!
