STEP 1/8
Cut 4 regular square fish cakes, half an onion, and 1/3 paprika into bite-size pieces^
It's not in the picture, but please cut half of the green onion as well

It's super simple, so you don't have to blanch it separately. When the water boils, add fish cake and blanch it for 15 seconds

Leave only two or three spoons of blanched water, pour the rest of the water, and stir-fry it with 1T of sesame oil and 1T of cooking oil
STEP 4/8
Stir-fry it for about 10 seconds, then stir-fry it with a spoon of minced garlic, papracas, and onions
STEP 5/8
Then add 2.5T of dark soy sauce and 1T of sugar. When the onion becomes transparent

Add half a stem of green onion
STEP 7/8
Lastly, add 1.5T of oligosaccharide and stir-fry it, sprinkle sesame salt, and the end is

It takes less than 10 minutes to make, but it's a side dish that you often make. ^^
It's different even if you stir-fry it moist and put it in the refrigerator. It doesn't stick or hard. ^^
