How to Season Cucumber Seasoned Deliciously
It's cucumber that my mother made. It's fermented in salt water. In the summer, we make it with cold soup and seasoned cucumber I've never made cucumber kimchi before, so I just make it with cucumber kimchi that my mom gave me^^;; It seemed difficult to match the proportion of salt water. If you put in less, the cucumber will be soft and go bad... If you put in too much, it's too salty. I think pickles like this are hard to make in Korean food.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
It's a ripe cucumber.
It's not soft and the color is pretty.

Slice cucumber as thinly as possible.
That way, the chewy taste of cucumber pickles will be revived and the seasoned cucumber pickles will be more delicious.

Rinse the chopped cucumbers with water and soak them in cold water.
The time you leave it in water depends on the salty taste of the cucumber
I let it soak for about 20 minutes.

Prepare the seasoning while dipping the cucumber in water to remove the saltyness.
The plum juice called starch syrup is missing.

Try the cucumber kimchi and if it's salty enough
