Tofu (kimchi) kimbap
Tofu, carrot, and pickled radish I made tofu kimbap (Refer to the recipe of Moon Jin-sil.) If you taste it, you'll be surprised!! I was told, "How does gimbap taste like this?" All of a sudden!! I don't know how it tastes...I was so curious With just the three ingredients, this is it It's good! It's better than I thought. It's a clean and special taste!

  • Fried kimchi

  • dried seaweed for kimbap

  • brewed soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
The tofu that I prepared is
It's tofu that doesn't have filling water
I skipped draining
STEP 2/11
It's as small as soft tofu, so I prepared two packs (320g)
Cut tofu (300g) into 8 pieces
STEP 3/11
Put oil on a heated pan
Sliced carrots, lightly with saltSprinkle it
Please stir-fry it for 2 minutes

Roll the tofu in all directions
Cook it until it's golden brown

Mix 2T of brewed soy sauce, 2T of cooking wine, and 1T of oligosaccharide
