Clean the sweet pumpkin and microwave it for 5 minutes.

Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds using a spoon.
Place cut side facing bottom and remove skin with knife.

Cut the sweet pumpkin into big pieces.

Chop 1/2 onion.

Place 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Add onion and sweet pumpkin and stir-fry lightly, coating with butter.

Pour in 1 cup water and simmer until the sweet pumpkin is cooked.

Grind finely with a hand blender or blender.
