Potato Ongsimi
Have you tried the potato Ongshimi, which is famous for Gangwon-do food? Potatoes are coming out these days. Chewy and savory potatoes with a good body and light taste I made it by potato Ongshim. My arm hurt a little from grinding potatoes on a grater, but it's much better because I put that much effort into it. Try making it as a delicacy on a leisurely weekend.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Peel the potatoes
STEP 2/10
Grind it on a grater.
STEP 3/10
Put the cloth on the bowl and put the ground potato on it
STEP 4/10
Don't throw away the water that's squeezed out. Leave it for a while
You get it.
STEP 5/10
Gently drain the drained potato and the water you received, mix the settled starch, and season it with a little salt.
STEP 6/10
Make a round Ongshimi.
STEP 7/10
Make anchovy stock with the top portion.
Boil for about 10 minutes and scoop out anchovies.
STEP 8/10
Boil Ongshimi in the broth.
STEP 9/10
Shred the zucchini and carrot and slice the green onion diagonally.
STEP 10/10
When the ongsimi is cooked and rises, add zucchini, carrots, and green onions and season it with soy sauce, minced garlic, and salt.
You can add perilla powder and boil it to taste different

    On the last day of the holiday, I enjoyed it with my family and port I remember that the owner of Ongshimi restaurant sometimes doesn't throw away the potato water and uses it as soup, so I don't throw it away, put perilla seed powder in the soup, and the last perilla oil... ^^ I was eating delicious ONGSIM and took it because I thought of it.
