How to make braised quail eggs
I'm thinking about which recipe to post today... Lol I can't worry about it if there are too many, but there are two temporarily saved posts, so it's nothing... Hahaha I cooked in a hurry last night. One of them is braised quail eggs, and I'll tell you how to make them.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I put soy sauce and water in a pot in a 1:1 ratio. If there are many quail eggs, add more soy sauce water.
STEP 2/8
When I put 100ml of water and soy sauce into 270g of quail eggs, the eggs were soaked.
STEP 3/8
I added 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
STEP 4/8
Cook over medium heat until the color seeps in.
STEP 5/8
It's a mushroom smaller than a pine mushroom. Add about two fists at home and mix them together.
STEP 6/8
Grind the pepper to make it look good. Fine pepper, thick pepper, whatever.
STEP 7/8
I cut a piece of hot pepper and put it in. To give the color and spicy taste you can be seen here and there...

I put in Cheongyang red pepper and boiled it for another 1 to 2 minutes. It's so easy to make braised quail eggs, right? If you use boiled quail eggs, delicious side dishes are completed very quickly.
