Cooking Steps

STEP 1/6

I used cucumber. Wash one cucumber clean, slice the skin as thin as possible, put it in a bowl, add 1/2 tablespoon of salt, and marinate it for 20 minutes. Turn it upside down once in a while.

Squeeze salted cucumbers as tightly as possible without washing them. I didn't season it because I didn't wash it in water.

Put 1 tablespoon sesame oil and 1 tablespoon cooking oil in a heated pan and stir-fry 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic

Add 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper powder and stir-fry it evenly

Add the watery and salty cucumbers and stir-fry them evenly with both hands quickly
