Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
The point of this soy sauce is that it has shiitake mushroom powder. The other seasoning is the same as when you make regular soy sauce.

Pour 2 cups of water into 1 cup of black beans and soak them for about 2 hours. Since we will use the soybean water as it is, wash the beans first and then pour the water.
