[Making steamed bean sprouts with thin bean sprouts]
These days, it's hard to find thick steamed bean sprouts~~If you steam it with thin bean sprouts, it creates a lot of water and becomes thinner and more tough.~So, I'm going to post a method of making steamed bean sprouts with a crunchy texture without producing a lot of water even with thin bean sprouts^~^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Trim the head and tail of 600g of bean sprouts ~~

The secret to the crunchy texture is to blanch it in advance!!
When the water is about to boil, toss and turn the bean sprouts. After 25 to 30 seconds
STEP 3/11
Wash it in cold water and drain it
STEP 4/11
In the meantime, please cut 2 candles and half green onion stems into bite-size
STEP 5/11
Two spoons of starch and water
Add 5 to 6 spoons and mix it
STEP 6/11
Put about 3 handfuls of Omani in the royal pan and add enough water to cover the Omani
STEP 7/11
When it boils, add 1.5 spoons of garlic
Important: Shellfish If you add half a spoon, it tastes much better!!! It will be upgraded If you don't have it, just put it back in if you can~ :-)
STEP 8/11
Add 1 spoon of sugar, 5 spoons of red pepper powder, and half a spoon of salt and boil it
(Add half a spoon of salt first and season it with mozzy flavor.)I added half a spoon and a bit more later^~^)

Please add green onions and strawberriesThere won't be any soup here
STEP 10/11
Quickly add bean sprouts and mix it as if you're putting the sauce on it
If it's not enough, add saltIf you think it's mixed evenly
Add starch water and mix it. That's it^~^

If you don't add the whole thing, you can add 1T of sesame oil
