STEP 1/10
The ingredients are 2 pieces of Injeolmi toast. If you're going to make one, you can cut the amount of ingredients in half, right? '-'
I prepared frozen bread. I used it right away without separately defrosting.
And you can use injeolmi as a freezer. For those who don't have it like me, go to the rice cake shop
Injeolmi toast is made by Injeolmi. (Soybean flour is sold at a rice cake shop.)
You can add cheddar cheese or not. I added cheddar cheese because the groom likes it.
If you don't have almond slices, you can replace them with other nuts.
STEP 2/10
The ingredients are all ready
Shall we make injeolmi toast?
Spread two slices of bread and spread honey on one side.
Place 6 injeolmi slices on top of honeyed bread. If you want to make the injeolmi thinner, you can cut it in half.
On top of the other bread, cheddar cheese
As I said before, cheddar cheese is optional, so you don't have to put it on top ^^
STEP 3/10
Put the cheddar cheese bread on the injeolmi bread and go to the frying pan
STEP 4/10
Pour cooking oil on the preheated frying pan and spread it evenly with a kitchen towel.
You can bake it with a piece of butter instead of cooking oil.
Unfortunately, I didn't have butter, so I used cooking oil
STEP 5/10
Bake the injeolmi toast back and forth over low heat. (Please close the lid.)
STEP 6/10
If you look inside the golden toast, you can see the injeolmi spread out, right?
Just looking at it already makes me feel the taste of Seol* Injeolmi toast '-'*
Cut the toast diagonally. You have to cut it all at once so that the contents don't get messy.
STEP 7/10
Put honey on the well-cut toast.
All over the place
STEP 8/10
Put bean powder on top of the honeyed injeolmi toast
You have to put it on a sieve and tap it to make it go up evenly.
STEP 9/10
Lastly, if you sprinkle an appropriate amount of almond slices
Making Injeolmi toast with a frying pan. Done!!!!
STEP 10/10
If you listen to a piece of injeolmi toast, it's filled with cheese
It's really as good as the visual you buy, right?
It tastes exactly like Seol* Injeolmi toast [Laughing]
Chewy, crispy, sweet and savory, and my husband and son gave thumbs up to see if the injeolmi toast tasted like this
They want me to make injeolmi toast instead of rice tomorrow morning
Make sure to use a frying pan with a lid
