Paella, a traditional Spanish food...It's similar to seafood ris
I went on a trip to Spain last February. It's my first time eating paella and I bought saffron spices that go into paella. You can also buy it in the import section of a large discount store in our country.. I think it's okay to make it easily with curry powder, herb powder, salt, and pepper. It tastes similar to seafood risotto at an Italian restaurant.

Ingredients
  • Non-glutinous rice flour
    1.5cup
  • olive oil
    1T
  • Butter
    1t
  • crushed garlic
    1t
  • chopped onion
    1T
  • Saffron
    15g
  • Mussels
    1pack
  • a big clam
    2ea
  • Sea tangle
    1piece
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/17
Wash 1.5C rice well with an electric rice cooker measuring cup and soak it in water. (1 hour and 30 minutes)
STEP 2/17
Put the soaked rice in a sieve. (Removal of Water)
STEP 3/17
Put a piece of kelp in a pot and boil it for 15 minutes. Remove the tentacles and boil the mussels by pouring the mussels & water that have been washed thoroughly.
STEP 4/17
Turn off the light when the mussel's mouth opens. After cooling it down, take out the mussels separately. I use the soup as paella broth.
STEP 5/17
Prepare 15g of paella spices, 1T of chopped onion, and 1t of crushed garlic.
(I replaced it with the onion restaurant.)
STEP 6/17
The clams remove the intestines and cut them into particles. (Ballak is fine) It tastes better with small raw shrimp.
STEP 7/17
Leave six to eight large and full mussels among the boiled mussels, and cut the rest into particles with only the flesh.
STEP 8/17
Heat a pan with a wide bottom and a lid and replace it with low heat.
Add 1t of butter and 1t of olive oil. Add chopped onions and minced garlic and stir-fry.
STEP 9/17
Add drained rice and coat it.
STEP 10/17
I don't think it's...After stir-frying the rice, I added 2 tons per onion dish.
STEP 11/17
Add chopped clams and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
STEP 12/17
Spread the ingredients flat and round on the pan.
STEP 13/17
Carefully pour 2 cups of hot mussel stock into the pan edge, cover and bring to a boil. (On low heat)
STEP 14/17
After 15 minutes...Open the lid. Chew a piece of rice and place the selected mussels around at intervals, just about time to steam
STEP 15/17
Sprinkle 15g of crushed mussel flesh and paella spices evenly, pour an additional ~1 cup of mussel broth, close the lid, and cook it.
(5 minutes~)
STEP 16/17
The paella was complete as the water was not wet and the yellow water was soaked properly.
STEP 17/17
Try putting rice on top of mussels! It's a delicacy. I think it's more fun to eat with mussel shells than spoons.
