Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Slice cabbage thinly and soak it in cold water to prevent it from withering.
Boil an egg and slice it into a round shape.
STEP 2/9
Remove seeds, cut them thinly and soak them in salt.
After 5 minutes of marinating, wash it in cold water and remove the saltiness.

Chop the onions and mix them with the drained cabbage.
