Cooking Steps

Put plenty of water in the pot and add two packs to make broth. Serve the broth gently over medium heat. If you brew the broth gently until the color of the broth turns transparent brown, the first step of the broth will be made.

The broth began to turn brown. If you boil it with only natural seasonings or green onion roots, it will turn yellow, but because of shiitake mushrooms, it will have a dark broth color. Add sliced garlic, green onion, and pepper to this and continue to boil.
