Baek Jongwon Baek introduced me to a variety of fish cake dishes in the Home Cook Master Baek's Fish Cake episode... I will introduce you to seaweed & cheese fish cake rolls that I often made with alcoholic beverages because they are easy to make and fresh recipes.

  • Slice cheese
    2~3piece
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    1~2ea
  • Kim
    1piece
  • Cooking oil
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Adjust the amount or amount of cheese, cheongyang red pepper, and seaweed according to the size of the fish cake.
STEP 2/9
Cut the cheongyang peppers in half and remove the seeds.
STEP 3/9
Grease a heated frying pan with plenty of oil and fry the fish cake.
STEP 4/9
Remove oil from baked fish cakes using kitchen towels.
STEP 5/9
On top of ungreased baked fish cake
With sliced cheese
STEP 6/9
Put seaweed on top of it.
Use regular seaweed instead of seasoned seaweed
STEP 7/9
Lastly, add the half-sliced Cheongyang red pepper and roll it like a gimbap.

Fix the rolled fish cake with a toothpick and cut it into appropriate sizes
