Material preparation
They prepared meatballs, kimchi, and cheongyang peppers.
You can use the leftover meatballs from the holidays or the meatballs that are on the market these days.

I broke the meatball first.
You should use a wooden spatula or silicone spatula to prevent scratching of the frying pan. Stir-fry kimchi in mashed meatballs
(You can make it easier and faster if you defrost the meat.) You can burn it, so stir-fry it gently over low heat
When you make fried rice, you have to stir-fry kimchi for a long time to taste good.

I sliced rice and Cheongyang red pepper into fried kimchi and meatballs. (You can add as many peppers as you like.)

If you finish with sesame oil and sesame salt, meatball fried rice is done!!! If the children eat it, take out the cheongyang pepper If adults are going to eat it, a lot!! It's very sharp. Thumbs up.

If there are any meatballs left in the freezer, try it!!
If you want a quick dish, please defrost the meatball. If we had fried kimchi, we could make it taste faster
