STEP 1/9
Add dried pollack powder and make dried pollack broth. If you don't have dried pollack powder, you can use anchovy kelp stock or natural seasoning stock.
STEP 2/9
When the broth starts to boil, add two chunks of pollack roe. This pollack is not a low-salt pollack, so please add only a small amount of salted shrimp when you season it.
STEP 3/9
It's as easy as that. After the broth, add the pollack roe and when the pollack roe is cooked, add the bean paste and boil it.
STEP 4/9
As the pollack roe ripened, the color started to turn yellow. Add minced garlic and green onions. This pollack roe bean soup has a bit of a salty taste, and if you eat it when you don't have an appetite, you can make a bowl of rice quickly!~~ I like the savory and chewy taste of pollack roe.
STEP 5/9
The bean paste is boiling. If you think it's a little bland after tasting it, add salted shrimp to season it. When you add salted shrimp, you have to remove the soup and put it in to prevent the liver from spilling.
STEP 6/9
It's almost done. Sprinkle sesame seeds
STEP 7/9
If you finish it with sesame oil before turning off the heat, the pollack bean-bizzi stew is made in an instant.
STEP 8/9
After the salted pollack roe is cooked in the middle, cut it into 3~4 pieces. If you cut it from the beginning and put it in, all the grains will come out, so the soup will get cloudy and the taste of chewing pollack disappears, so it's better to cut it after it's cooked. Or you can cut it with a spoon while eating.
STEP 9/9
As the pollack roe was chewed, the savory pollack bean soup was completed. Lastly, it would look more delicious if you put green onions on top.
