STEP 1/11
I prepared sirloin. A pound is 453 grams, so if it's not more than $6 per pound, it's cheaper for steak meat, right? It was too much for 6 people, so I only used 2/3 of it.
STEP 2/11
The steak style they sell is too thick. It's so hard to cook thick meat at home without burning it. I cut the meat about 3cm thick in half and divided it into two 1.5cm thick pieces.
STEP 3/11
I don't need a meat hammer. Please pat me with the back of the knife. Horizontally, vertically, diagonally
STEP 4/11
The meat becomes wider as it gets thinner. My meat is about 1cm thick after tapping it front and back.
STEP 5/11
If you just pat it with the back of the knife, it will cringe when you grill it later. To prevent it, you have to cut the edge slightly thinly with a blade, and draw the top of the meat with a blade a few times. The blue line was drawn randomly by me to visualize the idea of drawing the blade roughly like that.
STEP 6/11
After patting and making cuts, season with salt and pepper. You have to spray it with your hands to prevent it from being sprayed on one side and not on the other.
STEP 7/11
After finishing the seasoning, sprinkle the whole wheat flour roughly and rub it with your hands. At this time, the whole wheat flour with rough particles is better, and you shouldn't coat it as much as when frying or frying. The main character is meat! It's a process that tells you not to get rid of the juice when you grill it. Don't skip it.
STEP 8/11
While waiting, I boil the steak sauce. (I also seasoned broccoli perilla seeds while waiting for the meat to season.)..Check out my recipe.@6863610 It also goes well with oriental salad.@6865369) Put all the sauce ingredients in a pot at once and boil it down, beating the flour to prevent clumping. The color is weird because the camera lens is steamy. Depending on the wine, the grape color becomes darker and sticky.
STEP 9/11
It's time to grill the meat that was left for about 30 minutes. Heat the pan tightly, cover with olive oil, and immediately put the meat on top of it, bring it down to medium heat, and bake for 2 minutes. If you add butter together, it will taste better.
STEP 10/11
Turn it over and bake for 1 minute and 30 seconds, then turn it over again and bake for another 30 seconds, each back and forth.
STEP 11/11
The thickness of the meat is not constant, so medium rare and medium coexist. I like medium rare better, so I gave it to the kids and I ate it with their dad.
It's not difficult, but it needs to be sincere. If you pat the meat and make cuts roughly, the taste of the meat is less delicious. And don't forget to put sauce on it~
We used a measuring instrument.
T=Tablespoon, t=teaspoon, 1 cup=237ml
One tablespoon is 3 rice spoons, and one teaspoon is 1 rice spoon.
A cup of paper is similar to a cup of measurement.
