Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
These are the peeled quail eggs I bought at the mart. They're 1kg I washed quail eggs in running water and prepared them^^
STEP 2/6
And when you make soy sauce broth~ I'm preparing green onion roots and kelp!!!
STEP 3/6
Add 1 cup of soy sauce, 3 cups of water, 1/2 cup of sugar~~ and 2 - 3 spoons of oligosaccharide
STEP 4/6
When the soy sauce broth boils~~ Please add quail eggs~~~

I should've made soy sauce broth first and taken out green onion roots and kelp. I just left it until the end It doesn't matter, but please take it out after making soy sauce broth

The finished quail egg jangjorim~ The color came out so nice and pretty, right??? The salty and sweet taste is really good~~~ It's perfect as a side dish for rice!! It's great!!!! Both adults and children like quail eggs. Jangjorim! Our Jun likes it, too^^
