STEP 1/7
Prepare ice water and dry the cream bowl with a tissue. Put whipped cream (250ml based on No. 1) in a bowl and mix it at low speed, and when it bubbles, increase the speed to medium speed. Whip whipped cream without sugar by adding sugar. Turn the whisk to medium speed for 5-10 minutes.(The time depends on the conditions) When you dip the whipped cream with a whisk, it doesn't flow down and if it has a triangular shape, it's complete.
STEP 2/7
Place the sheet on a spinning wheel and spread whipped cream on each layer. When the sand is complete, turn the wheel and apply the top > sides.
STEP 3/7
Using a spatula, hook the bottom plate at once, carefully transfer to the plate, and store in the refrigerator while making blueberry peeling.
STEP 4/7
* Make Blueberry Peeling Make about 1T of starch + 4T of water Put 3T of sugar in a pot and stir in the starch water.
STEP 5/7
Then add 200g of blueberries and simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes. When the color becomes purple, take out only blueberries and boil down the stained starch sugar water over low heat until thickened. Turn off the heat and cool it down. Add the blueberry grains that you picked up earlier and mix them.
STEP 6/7
Blueberry peeling is complete!* It's delicious even if you put it on bread.
STEP 7/7
Use a piping bag to make a border shape and put blueberry filling on top of it.
Cake sheet number 1 was smaller than I thought, but it was enough for two or three people.
Check the diameter before purchasing the seat.
Let's have Christmas in advance.~^^*
