Thai style stir-fried rice noodles [Pat Thai Pad Thai]

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Two tablespoons of olive oil
Add chopped green onions and sliced garlic
Stir-fry over low heat until the scent permeates the oil.

Add minced beef (or pork) and stir-fry.

Rice noodles for at least 20 minutes,
Soak it for about 4 hours
Put it in the stir-fried ingredients

2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
a tablespoon of fish sauce
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 cup of water
If you're not allergic to peanuts
