If you're not allergic to peanuts

Add the bean sprouts and silantro, stir-fry them again, and turn off the heat.
(If you want the salty taste, add a little more salt or oyster sauce.)

Place on a plate and crush the peanuts on top.
(If you are allergic to peanuts, use a different type of nut.)
