Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Stir-fry dried shrimp in a dry pan
STEP 2/9
Grind finely in a grinder
STEP 3/9
Place flour, starch and other powders in a bowl (I used a food processor)
STEP 4/9
Add shrimp powder and mix
STEP 5/9
Add the oil and mix
STEP 6/9
Add milk and make the dough into a lump. (For me, rather than Mikoyu's recipe
I added a little more oil and milk.)
STEP 7/9
When the dough doesn't clump together
If you put it in a plastic bag and it clumps up, it clumps up
STEP 8/9
(Not in the picture) Place the dough on a work rack sprinkled with more powder, roll it to a thickness of 7mm, draw a comb pattern on the dough with a knife, cut it into a 1*4cm rectangle, and place it on an oven pan
STEP 9/9
Place the molded dough in an oven pan and bake in an oven at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes
I baked it for 12 minutes to give it more color, then flipped it over and baked it for another 3 minutes
