STEP 1/10
Pine mushrooms are
Wipe the surface with a wet kitchen towel.
Soak shiitake mushrooms in sugar water.

Cut the mushrooms into bite-size pieces
Squeeze the water out of the shiitake mushrooms and slice them thinly.
STEP 3/10
Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil on a heated pan
Stir-fry 1 tablespoon of minced garlic over low heat to give off the garlic scent.

Turn up the heat on high heat
Add the mushrooms and stir-fry.
I'll use two wooden spatula
Mix it quickly and stir-fry it.

If the mushrooms are fried

Add shiitake mushrooms
Stir-fry 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce together.
STEP 7/10
1 tablespoon of soy sauce~ 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
Stir-fry it while tasting the salty taste.
STEP 8/10
Turn off the light
Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and mix well.
STEP 9/10
If you spread it out in a wide bowl and cool it down
It can prevent water from forming.
STEP 10/10
Add sesame seeds and chopped green onions and mix them well
Serve on a plate.
