Ingredients
  • Milk chocolate
  • White chocolate
  • Pepero
  • green tea powder
  • Sprinkle
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
It's a milk chocolate and white chocolate bar that my daughter bought
There are a lot of products on sale
Among them, I bought a bar-type chocolate
STEP 2/8
There's also a round cover chocolate
The original is much more convenient because it is easy to melt
STEP 3/8
If you go to Bangsan Market, they sell Pepero sticks in different sizes
You can buy sesame sticks from convenience stores or marts and make Pepero^^
STEP 4/8
It takes a long time to melt the chocolate in the shape of a bar
It's much more effective if you cut it into small pieces and melt itcrying
STEP 5/8
Put the chocolate in a zipper bag and melt it in a double boiler~
When the water starts to boil in the pot, turn off the heat and add another thin pot
If you put the zipper bag on top of it, it'll melt easily^^
STEP 6/8
Desserts with green tea are really popular these days, right???
Green tea powder that you can easily get in the market
Add to completely melted white chocolate and mix well so that it doesn't clump together
I'm also completing green tea chocolate
STEP 7/8
Turn the sesame stick gently and use the stick except for the handle
Put chocolate on it
STEP 8/8
You just put it on parchment paper and harden it in the refrigerator
For those who want to use sprinkles that give various shapes to bread or desserts
Before the chocolate hardens, use a sprinkler to decorate it^^
The most important thing when you double-blend chocolate is The key is not to get water in the chocolate or steam If you put water in the chocolate, the chocolate won't separate or harden, so be careful^^
