Cooking Steps

I washed the potatoes with the skin and cooked them in a microwave oven.

Cut it in half when it's hot

I prepared canned salmon, paprika, carrots, and onions as ingredients for the potato boat.

Put the vegetables, potato filling, and string cheese in a bowl

After sprinkling a little salt and pepper, add an appropriate amount of mayonnaise and mix them evenly.

I stuffed the potatoes, sprinkled with parsley powder, and baked them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
