Cooking Steps

Cut tofu into bite-size pieces for stew and wash big shrimp thoroughly. For your information, it doesn't matter if you add either prawn or shrimp meat. I didn't have enough prawns, so I put frozen shrimp meat together.

Mix chili powder 2, minced garlic 1, salted shrimp 1, tuna liquid 2, mirin 2, and sugar 0.3 evenly in a bowl to make a sauce. (If you don't have tuna juice, use soy sauce.)

Pour 3 cups of water into a pot and when the water boils, add all the ingredients (shrimp, tofu, young radish greens) and add the sauce that is made immediately. simmer for about 15 minutes

Add green onion and cheongyang red pepper and boil one more time to finish. Try it and add more seasoning if it's bland or a little more water if it's salty.
