I bought 4 pieces of pork feet (mini-jokbal) at a butcher's shop~
Cut it into bite-size pieces

You have to soak the pigs' feet in cold water for 2-3 hours to remove the blood
If you change the water, you can drain the blood more effectively^^

I prepared onion, green onion, whole garlic, sliced ginger, whole pepper, and cinnamon
You can use onions with the skin
Pour water to double the amount of pork feet
Add the ingredients and boil it to make spicy broth

You have to blanch the pig feet in boiling water to remove impurities and miscellaneous odors
When the water starts to boil again, add 1/2 cup of soju
As shown in the picture, when enough brown impurities come to mind, take them out and wash them thoroughly under running water

Use a disposable razor to remove the surface of the pig feet washed under running water
While washing under running water, wipe between your toes with a kitchen brush or toothbrush

When the spicy broth comes out enough
Add 2 cups soy sauce, 1 cup starch syrup, and 1/2 cup sugar

Put the well-prepared pork feet into the spicy broth
Boil it down on high heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours

If you take out the pig feet and cool them in a place where the wind is good
you can taste a lot more chewy pig feet^^
Pork feet sold on the market these days are relatively clean
Just in case, it's important to clean between your toes using a kitchen brush or toothbrush
You can boil it with herbal medicine or jujube prepared at home^^
