Making dried radish
I've got some ugly radish. The sunlight was nice, so I made dried radish. I decided to dry it naturally because it looks better than when it's dry. It's supposed to be sunny^^ If you dry it when the autumn sunlight is good That's enough as a side dish all winter.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Wash the radish clean, cut off the small roots of the head's tail, peel off the skin, and cut it into 5-6cm pieces.
STEP 2/3
Cut it into 0.5cm thick slices and chop it into big chunks.
(If you cut it like a radish salad, the dried radish becomes too thin
STEP 3/3
Spread evenly on a tray and dry it in the sun. I sometimes rummage it and let it dry well.
After drying dry, seal and store.
