The blue part of the radish tastes sweet, so it goes well with radish salad. If you cut the radish with the grain, it won't break and you can keep the crunchy taste intact. To do that, you can save the texture by cutting the radish into pieces and cutting it sideways instead of in a circle. The point is not to cut the shredded vegetables too finely.

If you make red pepper water, you can make a cleaner radish salad, and add 3 tablespoons of fine red pepper powder to 5 tablespoons of water. And if you put it back in the bag and rub it together, the red pepper water will fall out.
