Wash pumpkin sweet potatoes clean and peel them off. There are four sweet potatoes in it, but I think it'll be three revisions if it's a medium size.

Cut the sweet potatoes into 1cm thick pieces. If you cut it too thin, it can break it so that you can't recognize it later, so I think a thickness of 1cm or 1.5cm is the best.

Wash the rice clean and soak it in water for about 30 minutes. You can put the rice water in about two-thirds of the rice water you used to cook. And I washed the bean sprouts, drained them, and prepared them.

Now, put bean sprouts on top of the rice that you poured water on.

And put the sweet potato on top of it.

Now, put the pot in the rice bowl and cook the rice according to the nutritional or vegetable rice, and that's it!!! In the meantime, you can make seasoned soy sauce.

Finally, pumpkin sweet potato bean sprout rice is done. The color came out really pretty. As expected, it's pumpkin sweet potato, so it's cooked in a yellowish color.

Put the sweet potatoes in a bowl for a while and stir in the bean sprouts and rice. And if you put the sweet potato on top again, it looks good when you put the sweet potato on top whenever you eat rice, and the shape of the sweet potato is still alive, so it's good!!!
Seasoned soy sauce can be made with 2 dark soy sauce, 1 water, 0.5 vinegar, 1 teaspoon plum extract, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon chopped green onion, and chili powder if you like.
If you don't have plum juice, you can add sugar.
