Making stir-fried anchovies and shrimp crispy

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Stir-fry the remaining anchovies in an ungreased pan and blow away the fishy smell.
STEP 2/10
I added shrimp and stir-fried it.
STEP 3/10
Stir-fry anchovies and shrimp for 1~2 minutes and put impurities and powder on a sieve! I cooled it down a bit.

Stir-fry anchovies and shrimp in a pan with two rounds of oil.
STEP 5/10
Stir-fry anchovies like frying, then add a handful of pine nuts.

Add a tablespoon of grain syrup and stir-fry it.

I added 1/2 spoon of oligosaccharide to add more sweetness because of the salty taste with shrimp. You can take out oligosaccharide if you like~^^ Lastly, sprinkle sesame seeds gently and finish!
STEP 8/10
Turn off the heat, spread it out, and cool it down to make crispy stir-fried anchovy and shrimp.
STEP 9/10
If you cool it down and break it down, it becomes crispy like a snack^^ If you don't close the lid or cool it down, it will be a sticky stir-fry, so please choose your favorite.
