Fried tofu, fried tofu with eggs and spicy soy sauce, super simp

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Add salt and pepper to the egg and mix well.
STEP 2/7
Cut tofu into large pieces and dry it with a kitchen towel.
STEP 3/7
Put cooking oil in a pan, cover tofu with egg water, and cook both sides.
STEP 4/7
When the eggs are cooked, coat them with egg mixture again and cook them until golden brown on the front and back. (If you coat it with egg wash only once, it is difficult to coat it evenly.)

Cut the cheongyang pepper and green onion into small pieces.
STEP 6/7
Mix well with soy sauce, water, red pepper powder, perilla oil, crushed garlic, sugar, and cooking wine.

Add Cheongyang red pepper and green onion to soy sauce to complete the sauce.

    The sauce is really good. I didn't have perilla oil, so I replaced it with sesame oil, and it's so good!! I've been making it about 4 times with this recipe!! I will continue to use it in the future. The sauce goes well with other pancakes/boiled foods, so I dipped it in oyster pancakes. It's the best!!
