Rice sandwich made with Onigirazu refrigerator
Sometimes, if you can't go to the market, you'll open the refrigerator door and just stand there... I don't have any ingredients. I don't know what to make...LOL Then suddenly, I try to make rice sandwich onigirazu, which makes the leftover ham, eggs, and cold rice super simple in my eyes, by shaking it in the refrigerator. It's a hearty meal, so it's convenient and good.

Ingredients
  • instant rice
  • Eggs
  • Ham
  • Romaine
  • Pickled onions
  • roasted seaweed
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I'm going to make fried eggs... I made it without oil. Cut the romaine according to the size you want to wash and make.
STEP 2/6
Cut the ham into half lengthwise and bake in a heated pan until golden brown. Cut both sides according to the length.
STEP 3/6
Pickled onions are optional, but I like the sour and refreshing taste, so I prepared it by cutting it into small pieces and squeezing the soup.
STEP 4/6
While baking, spread the rice evenly and top with ham - egg - onion pickles. It's good to put plenty of fresh onion pickles on top.
STEP 5/6
Put a few slices of romaine on top, put the rice back on top, and wrap it up with seaweed.
STEP 6/6
Put the closed part back and cut it in half with a knife.
