Wash quince with thick salt and rinse thoroughly
Strain quince with a chopping knife (you can just slice it thinly with a knife)
Shred the seeds until they come out
Place quince in an airtight container and sprinkle with brown sugar
Add quince and add brown sugar to the side
Cover and leave at room temperature
It's been about two days at room temperature...
You can leave it any longer^^

(These days, when I went to the agricultural market, they sell a lot of fresh ginger at a low price.)
Peel the fresh ginger and shred it finely with a knife. (You can grind it in a cutter or blender.)

Pour honey in here and mix it evenly
I left it at room temperature for a day or two and kept it in the refrigerator for a week
