Ingredients
  • Ginger

  • Honey

  • brown sugar

  • dried jujube
    50ea
  • Honey

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Wash dried jujube with running water and wipe it clean with a kitchen towel
Cut out the seeds by turning the dates with a knife
Cut the jujube into shreds
Put jujube in a sealed glass container and pour honey
You can leave it at room temperature for 1-2 days and store it in the refrigerator
STEP 2/4
Wash quince with thick salt and rinse thoroughly
Strain quince with a chopping knife (you can just slice it thinly with a knife)
Shred the seeds until they come out
Place quince in an airtight container and sprinkle with brown sugar
Add quince and add brown sugar to the side
Cover and leave at room temperature
It's been about two days at room temperature...
You can leave it any longer^^
