making dumpling skin / pastel
Do you know pastel?? It's called Brazilian style, but it's the first food I found out about while watching SNS. So I made it, too

Ingredients

  • Paprika

  • Chicken breast

  • Garlic

  • Sugar

  • ground pepper

  • Slice cheese

  • Pizza cheese

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Finely chop a chunk of chicken breast~~ chop it into small pieces as much as possible
STEP 2/9
You can put 9 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 paprika, and 2 slices of garlic in a blender.I replaced it with minced garlic
STEP 3/9
And please grind it hard
STEP 4/9
Stir-fry chicken breast, ground sauce, 1/3 tbsp sugar, and a little pepper in a frying pan.
STEP 5/9
Stir-fry until all the water is gone. (It's hard to make dumplings if there's water.)
STEP 6/9
Slice ham and slice cheese into 6 pieces
STEP 7/9
Place ham -> cheese, pizza -> fried chicken breast on top of dumpling skin and fold in half with water on edge of dumpling skin.

Dab the part where the dumpling skin touches with a fork to make a shape,
STEP 9/9
Put cooking oil in a frying pan and grill it in front and back like a dumpling
