A unique delicacy, Gochujang pasta
I made pasta with red pepper paste sauce. It's a pasta that even those who don't enjoy Western food can enjoy spicy food :)

  • Garlic

  • parsley

  • Parmesan cheese powder

  • Salt
    1/2Ts
  • olive oil
    suitably
  • red pepper paste
    3Ts
  • Ketchup
    2.5Ts
  • Sugar
    2Ts
  • Oyster sauce
    2Ts
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Add about 1/2 Ts of salt to boiling water and boil noodles.
(approximately 8 to 9 minutes)
STEP 2/8
Add sauce ingredients and mix well to make red pepper paste sauce.
STEP 3/8
Prepare oyster mushroom and garlic.
STEP 4/8
Add enough olive oil and stir-fry garlic.
STEP 5/8
Add oyster mushroom and stir-fry together.
STEP 6/8
Add the boiled noodles and stir-fry slightly,
STEP 7/8
Add 2.5 Ts of red pepper paste sauce.
STEP 8/8
Stir-fry it as if you're mixing it.
Put it on a plate and finish it with parsley and Parmesan cheese powder!
If you want to enjoy it more softly, you can sprinkle Parmesan cheese powder on it.
