Pumpkin leaf wrap with tuna and enjoy it as a summer snack~#
In summer, pumpkin leaves are lined up in my family's garden, and this year, my mother, who said that there are not many pumpkins and only a lot of leaves, picked a lot of pumpkin leaves. For kids who don't eat it, I made pumpkin leaf ssambap. I made it with tuna and ssamjang, so it's easy to eat and tastes good, so children eat it well. It's a meal with a good taste of local food for summer.

Ingredients
  • a pumpkin leaf
  • instant rice
  • Ssamjang
  • canned tuna
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Pumpkin leaves should be peeled from the top to the bottom of the stem. It is good to eat it with leaves because the young shoots with light green stems are tender and taste good. My mom took them off in advance, so I didn't have anything to take them off~~^^
STEP 2/6
<How to steam pumpkin leaves in a microwave> Wash the leaves in running water, shake off the water, and put them in a disposable bag. Make a few holes with chopsticks in a plastic bag and return them to the microwave for about 3-4 minutes. To avoid fire on hot days~LOL If you wrap the remaining pumpkin leaves in a newspaper without water and store them in the refrigerator, there will be no problem for about 5 days.
STEP 3/6
A can of tuna takes out the fat. It's good that you can easily get rid of the grease with this tool. Put it on the can, hold it with both hands, turn it upside down, and press it down to remove the grease.
STEP 4/6
The rice is a round rice ball that clumps into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 5/6
Spread pumpkin leaves and put tuna - ssamjang - rice balls in order and close them well to complete pumpkin leaf ssambap. It tastes better with the nut ssamjang, but it's gone. I'll have to make enough again.
STEP 6/6
Pumpkin leaf ssambap is also good as a summer lunch menu. It is a good summer delicacy because it is easy to eat and has a savory taste. It is a menu that you can enjoy a delicious meal without any special side dishes, and it is good to make it once or twice when it is common in summer. Even children who didn't eat it well after steaming it, they made it round with tuna, so they ate it quite well. Thanks to my mother, I enjoyed a simple and delicious meal as a healing food. I want to make a lunch box and go somewhere cool... It'd be nice to make it into a school lunch box for kids That's what I thought. They like ham, but I'm glad that they eat this kind of food well~^^
