Making Thai vegetable pizza and (pizza dough) deliciously
Have you tried Thai vegetable pizza? Today, I prepared an exotic taste of Thailand. You're still struggling with the heat? If you eat the Thai vegetable pizza that you made today, you'll smile from the heat~ I made the sauce myself, but I thought there would be no Thai ingredients, so I applied it again with ingredients that can be obtained in Korea.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
1/2 cup carrot, half red bell pepper, 1/2 cup bean sprouts, 1/2 cup green onion, 1/2 cup coriander, 1/4 cup peanut, 4 garlic. Shred the carrots, cut the red bell pepper into squares, cut the green onions into circles, mash the peanuts, and chop the garlic.
STEP 2/14
Making Sauce
Half red pepper (chopped)
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of lemon
half a tablespoon of soy sauce
half a tablespoon of fish sauce
1 teaspoon ginger (chopped)
2 tablespoons of peanuts
three tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of Thai chili sauce
In a small coated pot heated over low heat, first add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and slowly melt over low heat.
2) Add peanut butter and 3 tbsp water and mix over low heat.
3) Add lemon, soy sauce, fish sauce, ginger, and Thai chili sauce.
3) Finally, add red pepper and mashed peanuts and bring to a boil, stirring gently until simmering.
Remove from heat and cool completely.
STEP 3/14
Making Pizza Dough
Material:
1) 3/4 cup warm water
2) 1 teaspoon East
3) 1 teaspoon sugar
4) 3 teaspoon olive oil
5) 1 teaspoon salt
6) 2 cups strong flour
STEP 4/14
If you mix sugar in warm water, add yeast, and leave it for about 10 minutes, it's fermenting well if it bubbles as shown in the picture above. (If you add yeast to sugar, it will ferment well as eat it.)
STEP 5/14
Add 1 teaspoon of salt to 2 cups of strong flour and mix beforehand.
STEP 6/14
Pour in yeast water and mix evenly.
STEP 7/14
After clumping together with a spatula, add olive oil and knead until the dough is firm for about 15 minutes.
STEP 8/14
Grease a large bowl, place the dough, wrap and let the dough double in a warm place.
STEP 9/14
Press the swollen dough with your fist to drain the air.
STEP 10/14
7) Sprinkle with flour and place round pizza dough on top, then spread flour on the rolling pin and pizza dough to a certain thickness while shaping it so that it doesn't stick.
STEP 11/14
This is to prevent too much swelling in the oven when you dip it in places with a fork and make holes in the pizza dough.
Mince 4 garlics and gently spread on pizza dough.
STEP 12/14
Bake garlic-coated pizza dough for 9-10 minutes in an oven preheated to 230 degrees. Keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn when you grill it.
STEP 13/14
Let the pizza cool completely and spread the thai sauce over it.
STEP 14/14
12) Sprinkle red bell pepper, carrot, bean sprouts, green onions, coriander, and peanuts on the pizza.
