There are 200 perilla leaves.

Remove the perilla leaves and wash them 3 times
Soak in water to remove impurities and let stand for 20 minutes.

Add 50ml of water and boil over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes to make seasoned soy sauce.

Radish is not fully cooked, but thick.
Put it in perilla leaf kimchi together to make perilla leaf kimchi more delicious.
There wasn't much perilla leaf kimchi, so I didn't put the glue separately.

Make sure to squeeze out the soy sauce.

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar.
