This is Jeolla-do mini sweet pumpkin that I buy every year. I ordered 20kg for the amount to be used in the office next week, but this year I bought a box of mini sweet pumpkin as a separate home address to check in advance how it tastes, but first of all, it's a pass!
It's a mini sweet pumpkin size and it's perfect.

Wash and drain the skin of the mini sweet pumpkin and cut it into quarters

Please cut the top and bottom ends as well.

Use a cooking brush to thoroughly spread melted butter.

Place melted buttered mini sweet pumpkin neatly in a paper foil oven pan and bake in a preheated 200 oven for about 15 minutes.

While the mini sweet pumpkin is being baked in the oven
Combine honey, chopped nuts and cinnamon powder.
STEP 7/7
Place on oven-baked sweet pumpkin and bake for another 5-6 minutes.
---> Each household has different oven specifications, so please adjust the temperature and time.
---> Grill nuts with nuts in each household and chop them into small pieces.
---> If baking twice is troublesome, mix melted butter, honey, and cinnamon powder, apply it to the pumpkin, place chopped nuts on top, and bake.
Mini sweet pumpkin is a hearty snack that is delicious even if you just grill it in the oven.
When I bake sweet pumpkin in the oven, I add various ingredients and bake it. Sometimes, I just grill it and dip it in lemon juice.
