Arabatta sauce eggplant pasta

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Bake eggplant in olive oil pan until golden brown. It tastes good with steak seasoning salt.

Remove eggplant from another plate and stir-fry tomato sauce, pepperoncino, and Italian seasoning together.
STEP 3/3
Pour in the noodles, stir-fry the slightly undercooked spaghetti noodles with the sauce, and then add salt and pepper.
Place it on a plate with grilled eggplants and it's done.
Sprinkle dried parsley and ground Parmigiano Regiano just before eating.
You can make a plausible arabita sauce by simply adding red pepper powder or peperoncino to the commercial tomato sauce. They even sell arabita sauce
