Ingredients
  • Chapagetti
  • Jjamppong ramen
  • quail eggs
  • leek
  • Red pepper powder
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Take out all the soups in Chapagetti and Taste Jjamppong.
STEP 2/7
Add water and add the powder and bring to a boil.
If you add a piece of kelp here, the soup will taste much better. Boil the kelp for 10 minutes and take it out right away.
STEP 3/7
When the water boils, add noodles.
Add two bowls of noodles, so cover them with air while tossing and turning.
STEP 4/7
Then add both Chapagetti powder and flavored jjamppong liquid soup. We put in two soups, so we don't throw away the water separately. It's jjamjjamyeon~~~
STEP 5/7
It can be salty, so you can add various vegetables here. Onions or cabbages are good, too. Instead, I simply put in the boiled quail eggs.
STEP 6/7
The soup is spicy and it has the color of dark jjajang. It's an interesting taste. Lastly, cut green onions or chives and put them on top.
STEP 7/7
If you want to eat it spicier, you can finish it by sprinkling red pepper powder. Jjamjjamyeon made with Taste Jjamppong and Chapagetti is complete.
