Medium term baby food - cabbage apple porridge
My child is constipated because he doesn't drink much water. So I prepared baby food with apples and cabbages that are good for constipation.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Soak washed rice for about 30 minutes.
STEP 2/6

Peel and cut apples into cubes.

Put rice, apples, cabbage, and kelp stock in a blender and grind them. (You can check the concentration and adjust the amount of water.)

Cabbage apple porridge is done.
