Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cream the soft butter and sugar in a bowl, toss in the beaten eggs and vanilla extract little by little by little.
STEP 2/9
Add the powder half at a time and mix until the powder is not visible.
STEP 3/9
Add chopped almonds, chocolate chips and chopped marshmallows and mix roughly.
STEP 4/9
When you touch the finished dough, it should not get on your hands, but if it does, add a little more flour.
STEP 5/9
Divide the dough into 15 equal parts.
STEP 6/9
Press round and flat (thickness 1 to 1.5cm thick.
STEP 7/9
Place in freezer for at least 2 hours and let cool (better for a day!)
STEP 8/9
Bake at 170 for 15 minutes. (If the cookie swells up in the middle of baking, press lightly with a flat plate to make it flat.)
STEP 9/9
Freshly baked cookies are weak, so please cool them slightly before removing them.
If you want to see any white marshmallows, it's a little helpful to bake them after freezing them! (If you bake them right away, they melt completely and don't look white, and the place where the marshmallows were will have a hole!)
