Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Prepare the dry gondre.
If you soak the dried gondre in water before cooking, you can eat it more smoothly.
STEP 2/5
Boil the dried gondre in boiling water for about 30 minutes until it is cooked gently, and rinse it 2-3 times in water.
STEP 3/5
Cook rice in a pressure cooker.
STEP 4/5
Add soy sauce 4, sugar 1, red pepper powder 1, chopped green onion 1, chopped garlic 1, sesame oil 0.5 and sesame seeds to make the sauce.

When the rice is ready, mix well.
If you want to eat it cooked gently to the gondre stem, soak it in water in advance.
